The Management Board
The Board of Directors deliberates prior to the decisions of the Management Committee on the major strategic, economic and financial orientations of the company's activities.
It has 15 members: representatives of the federations, banks and subsidiaries of the Crédit Mutuel group and independent members.
The Board of Directors is chaired by Dominique Bellemare.
